Afterschool attendance Policy

For the 2023 - 2024 school year, parents and incoming clients enrolling in the Juliet After School Care program are required to commit to a consistent attendance schedule. To ensure the smooth and safe dismissal of students from school, our office will no longer permit families to make weekly changes to their after-school attendance schedule.

Once a schedule has been established and agreed upon, it will be expected to remain consistent throughout the school year. Consistency in attendance is crucial for the effective operation of our after-school program and the safety of all participating students. Having a consistent schedule allows our staff to adequately prepare for each day's activities, ensure proper supervision, and maintain a secure and organized dismissal process.

Failure to adhere to the attendance commitment policy may result in the forfeiture of the child's spot in the Juliet After School Care program for the remainder of the school year.

By enrolling your child in the Juliet After School Care program for the 2023 - 2024 school year, you agree to comply with this attendance commitment policy. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and organized after school environment for all students.

Important note to parents: Please remember to email your child's schoolteachers to inform them that he/she will be attending afterschool at Juliet for a specific number of days throughout a school year. This serves as a precautionary measure to avoid any confusion or miscommunication regarding your child's attendance on those days. Failing to notify the schoolteachers may result in our office experiencing difficulties in picking up your child from school. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in ensuring a smooth and organized afterschool pickup process.

Music, and language lessons

At the Juliet After School Care program, we are excited to offer music and language lessons as part of our afterschool curriculum. Students have the option to enroll in either music or language lessons, with sessions available once per week. Students can choose to attend music or language lessons on a day that best fits their schedule during the week. This flexibility allows students to explore their interests and develop new skills without overwhelming their afterschool commitments.

We are also pleased to offer a special discount for our afterschool students. Students enrolled in our afterschool program will receive a $5 discount on each music and language lesson they attend. This discount is our way of encouraging students to take advantage of these enriching opportunities and pursue their passion for music or language learning.

Detailed tuition rates for music, art, and language lessons can be found on the "Tuition" tab on our website. We strive to provide affordable options for high-quality instruction, ensuring that our students have access to valuable learning experiences that complement their afterschool care.

By incorporating music and language lessons into our afterschool curriculum, we aim to offer a well-rounded educational experience that fosters creativity, cultural appreciation, and lifelong learning skills. We encourage parents and students to explore these exciting opportunities and take advantage of the discounted rates available exclusively for our afterschool students.
